The Photo with the Extra Person
上个月，我们班一起去旅游。
Last (M) month, our class together go travel.
Last month our whole class went on a trip together.
校长给我们照了一张照片。

上个星期，老师把照片发给了大家。

Last week the teacher sent it to everyone.
我打开照片，发现一件奇怪的事。

I opened it and noticed something strange.
照片里多了一个人。

There was an extra person in the photo.
我从来没见过他。
I never not see (EXP) him.
I had never seen him before.
他站在最后面，笑着看我们。
He stand at most behind, laugh (CONT) look us.
He stood at the back, smiling at us.
我问同学：“你认识这个人吗？”
I ask classmate: "You know this (M) person (Q)?"
I asked a classmate, “Do you know this guy?”
她也不认识。
She also not know.
She didn’t either.
我们问了班上每一个人。大家都说没见过。
We ask (PERF) class top every one (M) person. Everyone all say not seen.
We asked everyone in the class. No one had seen him.
我决定去问校长。
I decide go ask principal.

校长看了照片，脸一下子白了。

我听了，觉得有点儿害怕。

I felt a chill.
可是照片里的他在笑。
But photo inside (POSS) he at laugh.
But he was smiling in the photo.
可能他是想告诉大家：他还在。
Maybe he is want tell everyone: he still at.
Maybe he just wanted to say he was still there.
从那以后，每次我看到那张照片，我都会对他笑一下。
From that after, every time I look at that (M) photo, I all will toward him laugh one-bit.
From then on, whenever I see the photo, I smile back at him.
