The Last Passenger
老张退休已经三年了，家里很安静。

“一辆长途火车昨天晚上到站，最后下车的那位乘客好像消失了。”

老张第二天一早就到了警察局。

他们一起看了录像。

他走过站台，到了门口，停下来，然后转身走回去。

He walked along the platform, reached the exit, paused, then turned back.
之后，他没有再出现在任何一个出口的画面里。
After that, he not-have again appear at any (M) exit (POSS) image inside.
After that, he didn't appear on any of the exit cameras.
“他没出站。”老李说，“可是车上也没有他。”
"He not exit-station." Old-Li say, "But cart top also not-have him."
“He didn't leave the station,” Old Li said. “But he wasn't on the train either.”
老张问：“他坐的是几号座位？”
Old-Zhang ask: "He sit (POSS) is what-number seat?"
Old Zhang asked, “What was his seat number?”
“十四B。打扫的人说，那个座位上留着一个小本子。”
"Fourteen B. Clean (POSS) person say, that (M) seat top leave (CONT) one (M) small notebook."
“14B. The cleaner said there was a small notebook left on the seat.”
老李从桌子上拿出那个本子。

She thought for a moment. “I remember him.”

“He told me he was going to see his daughter.”

“He said they hadn't spoken in twenty years.”
老张回到车站，站在出站口往四周看。
Old-Zhang return arrive station, stand at exit-station opening toward four-around look.
Old Zhang went back to the station and stood at the exit, looking around.
车站有两个出口，一个朝东，一个朝西。
Station have two (M) exit, one (M) face east, one (M) face west.

他问工作人员：“那天晚上，西边出口有没有一位女士在等人？”

“她最后哭着走了。”

He had turned back, walked onto the platform, and boarded another train heading south.
录像里没有第二个出口的人，是因为他根本没出站。

He never appeared at any exit because he simply never left the station.
老张把小本子还给老李。
